Digital Delivery Policy

Format

Each package is supplied as a ZIP file containing editable Microsoft Office documents and PDF copies. The bundle is supplied as one ZIP per included package, from a single download page.

Card purchases

As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, you can download from the confirmation page, and we email you a download link. If your payment method takes time to clear, the download is made available when it clears.

Invoice orders

We email you a download link once we have received and confirmed payment of the invoice. Marking an invoice as sent does not release the download.

Download links

For security, each download link works for 14 days and for up to 25 downloads. The files themselves are served through a short-lived secure address that cannot be shared.

Please save the files within your organisation once downloaded. If your link has expired, you can request a new one at any time from the Get a New Download Link page; it is sent only to the email address on the order.

If something goes wrong

If a download fails, a file will not open, or the link does not arrive within an hour of a card payment, contact us on 1800 231 173 or admin@oranaskillscentre.com with your order reference.
