Copyright and Permitted Use

The materials in every PRRR™ training package are protected by copyright owned by Orana Skills Centre. When you buy a package, your organisation receives the right to use the materials as set out below. It does not receive ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property in them.

Your organisation may

• Download the purchased materials and keep copies for ongoing internal use.
• Use them as often as it likes to train its own workers, including employees, contractors and volunteers working for it.
• Edit and adapt the editable materials to suit its workplace.
• Make copies of participant materials for its own participants, in print or electronically.
• Keep using the version it bought for as long as it wishes. There is no annual renewal.

Your organisation may not

• Resell a package or any part of it.
• Sell or distribute the templates or tools as standalone products.
• Publish the source files for public download, or put them anywhere the public can access them.
• Give or share the materials with other, unrelated organisations. Related bodies corporate need their own purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Use the materials to deliver training to external clients, paid or unpaid, without our separate written permission.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, or claim ownership of the materials.

Adapted materials

Materials you adapt remain subject to these conditions, and the copyright notice must stay on them.

Training providers and consultants

If you want to use the materials to train other organisations, contact us. That needs a separate written agreement.

Future editions

Your purchase covers the version you bought. We make corrections to that version available to you. A new edition, for example after a significant change in the law, may be sold separately; you are not obliged to buy it.
