Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-10

These terms apply when you buy a PRRR™ training package from this website. The seller is SRA Global Pty Ltd trading as Orana Skills Centre (ABN 78 674 804 221), referred to as "we" or "us". "You" means the organisation making the purchase and the person buying on its behalf.

1. What you are buying

Each package is a set of digital training materials and workplace resources, supplied as a download. You are buying a licence to use the materials as set out in our Copyright and Permitted Use conditions, which form part of these terms. You are not buying the copyright or any other intellectual property in them.

Package descriptions on this website describe the contents of the current version. Packages are not nationally recognised training and do not lead to a qualification, licence or accreditation.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added for Australian customers. For customers outside Australia, any applicable tax is calculated at checkout or confirmed on the invoice.

The price you pay is the price shown when you complete checkout, or the price on the invoice we issue for an invoice order.

3. Paying by card

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment to us, and the download is then made available immediately.

Some payment methods take time to clear. Your download is made available once the payment has cleared.

4. Paying by invoice

If you request an invoice, we issue a tax invoice using the details you provide. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. The download is made available once we have received and confirmed your payment.

We may cancel an invoice order that remains unpaid after the due date.

5. Delivery

Delivery is by download, as set out in our Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Choose a competent facilitator and check the materials suit your workplace before delivering them.
  • Adapt the materials where your workplace, industry or jurisdiction requires.
  • Meet your own legal duties. Training is one part of managing psychosocial risk; it does not by itself meet any legal duty.

7. Not legal advice

The materials provide general information about psychosocial risk management in Australian workplaces. They are not legal advice. Work health and safety laws differ between jurisdictions and change over time. Completing a package does not demonstrate that an organisation complies with the law.

8. Consumer guarantees and liability

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a guarantee in relation to the materials is limited to supplying the materials again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones you accepted when you ordered.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
