Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PRRR™ training store at training.oranaskillscentre.com, operated by SRA Global Pty Ltd trading as Orana Skills Centre (ABN 78 674 804 221). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • When you buy by card: your name, email address, organisation name, billing address, country and, if you give it, your ABN and phone number. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store them.
  • When you request an invoice: the organisation, contact, billing and accounts payable details you enter in the form.
  • When you contact us: what you put in the message.
  • When you download: which file was downloaded and when.
  • To limit abuse of the forms, a one-way hash of your internet address, kept for no more than a day. We do not store the address itself.
  • Anonymous page-view statistics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To process your order, issue invoices and tax invoices, deliver your files, keep the financial records the law requires, and answer your enquiries. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who it is shared with

  • Stripe, which processes card payments.
  • Supabase, which hosts the store's database and file storage in Sydney, Australia.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.
  • Google, whose Gmail service sends our emails.
  • Xero, where we raise invoices for invoice orders.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by contacting us on 1800 231 173 or admin@oranaskillscentre.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
