About this package

Training builds understanding; the toolkit is what people use afterwards. It contains the assessment, response, recovery and review tools needed to run psychosocial risk management day to day, organised into the four stages of the PRRR™ Control Model.

An implementation guide explains how the tools fit together, the order to introduce them in, and how to adapt them to your organisation's existing risk framework.

Learning outcomes

With the toolkit in place, your organisation can:

  • Assess psychosocial risk by role, using a consistent method
  • Maintain a psychosocial risk register with clear control ownership
  • Respond consistently to concerns and incidents
  • Plan recovery and workplace adjustments

Questions about this package

Is this a training package?

No. It is a set of workplace tools with an implementation guide. It pairs with the Leadership and Practitioner packages, which teach the method the tools apply.

Can we put our logo on the templates?

Yes. The templates are editable for your internal use. The copyright notice must stay.

Can we edit the documents?

Yes. Presentations, guides, workbooks and templates are supplied in editable formats so you can adapt them to your workplace. The copyright notice must stay.

Can we use the packages outside Australia?

Yes. The method (assess the work, control the risk, check the controls work) applies in any workplace and draws on ISO 45003, the international standard for psychological health and safety at work. The legal content refers to Australian work health and safety laws, so a business elsewhere should replace those slides with its own country's requirements. The materials are editable for exactly that.

Do participants get a certificate?

Yes. The four training packages each include an editable completion certificate template, plus an attendance register or training records spreadsheet, so you can keep proof of who completed the training for your WHS records. It is a certificate of completion issued by your business, not a nationally recognised qualification. The Implementation Toolkit is a set of workplace tools rather than a course, so it has no certificate.

Can we deliver it face to face and online?

Yes. The packages are designed for face-to-face sessions and work over a video meeting platform. The facilitator guide notes where an activity needs adjusting for online delivery.

Can we run it more than once?

Yes, as many times as you like, for your own organisation's workers.

What is your refund policy?

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See the Refund Policy for how we handle a package that is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered.

Do we get future updates?

You keep the version you bought for as long as you use it, and corrections to that version are made available to you. A new edition, for example following a significant change in the law, may be sold separately.
